Journal Cloud is a platform for running WordPress sites. It is similar to WordPress.com, but with an emphasis on learning the software and best practices for publishing online.
cog motive maintains and hosts the site. Invitations are given out to certain groups of people and at events. In the past these groups have included non-profit organizations, artists, and fan-fiction writers. Because we pace ourselves and have a smaller feedback loop, we can craft a more tailored publishing experience for members. Our ultimate goal is to create a community that supports each person's goals at creative autonomy.
